You may revoke the contract within the specified cancellation period of 14 days without giving reasons. Please note the cancellation policy.
We will bear the costs for the return shipment from Austria if you use the DPD return slip and the return shipment is handled by DPD. You will receive the return slip by email as soon as you have registered the return in the online customer area.
Please note that the return costs will only be paid if you return the goods using DPD (posting in a DPD Parcel Shop) and DPD return slip.
You will have to pay the return costs from all other countries and with other shipping providers.

We shall use the same method of payment you used when ordering for your refund.
It may take a few days for payment to be received, depending on the bank and payment method.
In the case of carriage forward returns, we shall offset the return costs incurred to us.
Please follow the procedure of your country. These measures do not constitute mandatory requirements for effectively exercising the right of revocation, but are intended as an aid for quick and easy return.
1. Pack the item to be returned in the original product packaging if possible.
2. Register the return shipment in the online customer area – you will then receive the return slip by e-mail.
3. Stick the return slip to the parcel.
4. Send the parcel free of charge from any DPD parcel shop in Austria.
5. The amount due will be refunded to the method of payment used for the order.
1. Pack the item to be returned in the original product packaging. Please return it in its original condition without signs of use. Please use the original cardboard box for the return shipment.
2. Write the recipient’s address on the parcel. This is: Hagleitner Global Hygiene GmbH, Lunastrasse 5, A-5751 Maishofen, Austria.
3. Post the parcel with a shipping company of your choice. Please refrain from postage unpaid, as the corresponding return costs will be offset against the refund.
4. Please keep the tracking number so that you can track the route of the return shipment.
